BDR needed a way to make their event stand out among a sea of running events around the State of Florida. So they turned to Fresh Air Flicks to improve fan engagement at their races. The Visimax mobile jumbotron allows the BDR team to easily communicate start times and give their sponsors added exposure with a simple slideshow. On the other side of the screen a social media wall encourages customer interaction and significantly improved their social media exposure.

Fresh Air Flicks conducted advanced testing of "live vinyl" in our Brooklyn shop. With just one week to install in both New York City and Los Angeles, Fresh Air Flicks teams installed 30 feet of LED and equal sizes of vinyl. The challenge of the project was floating the screens at the exact height and depth from the vinyl to achieve the focal distance that would create the desired effect.

BMW - A WINDOW INTO THE NEAR FUTURE
AGENCY: KBS+
DESIGNER: Jake Lee-High
Fresh Air Flicks was part of the award winning production team responsible for this interactive installtion that transformed 248,368 cars into BMW i3 and i8 vehicles over one week. More than 800,000 passersby got a glimpse into the near future.
Fresh Air Flicks was responsible for technology integration including 80,000 lumens of projection with twin Barco 2k40 projectors, 3M Vikuity window film, three cameras, IT infrastructure and live monitoring of the installation. Our stated challenge was to create a stunning image in direct sunlight. Our unstated challenge was to install the event in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy where vendors could not be reached, gas could not be found, travel was a nightmare, internet connectivity was hard to come by, and all of Manhattan below 38th street was in the dark. We went to work at 3am, we rode our bikes from Brooklyn, and we stayed on site for nine days to make sure everything went well. The project was a huge success, winning more awards than we can list here.
