Just when you thought it was safe to go back to the Riverfront.

When darkness falls on Buck and Main streets in Millville on July 30, the classic thriller "Jaws" will be shown on an outdoor 30 foot-by- 25 foot screen.

Activities begin at 7 p.m., when a live band provides the background for a neighborhood meet and greet.

There will be a moon bounce and an appearance by Derick D. Clown to entertain the children.

The movie is scheduled to begin at 9 p.m. on an inflatable screen provided by Fresh Air Flicks.

According to Dana Tambellini, Millville's summer programs coordinator, "Jaws" was selected in honor of the film's 30th anniversary and because it tied in with the nearby waterway.

It'll be kind of spooky right there on the riverfront," she said.

"We're thinking about another show in October with a Halloween theme," she said. The goal is to bring people together and allow residents to get to know each other.

"This should be a fun night for the entire family to get together and enjoy meeting friends," said Tim Shannon, director of parks and recreation.

Free popcorn will be available throughout the evening and visitors are advised to bring blankets or chairs
