STEP FOUR: Show Them a Good Time

Relax. Your event is in the hands of professionals. Go ahead, mingle with the crowd. Serve some popcorn to the smiling crowd of kids. When the show is ready to begin, pick up the microphone and thank your sponsors, local politicians and volunteers.

Kidcam

We'll point a video camera at the audience and project the image on the screen. Children love to ham-it-up in front of the camera and see their funny faces on the giant screen.

Event listings

Promote the other events in your community on the screen before the show. Give sponsors more value for their dollar by displaying their custom message on the screen. A laptop computer comes standard with every rental to display your text, PowerPoint, or video messages.

Back-up Equipment

We'll take no chances with your event. Each rental comes with a back-up projector and a back-up generator. No power? No problem. We will use the included generator and add a second generator at no charge to insure we have a back-up system in place.
